On September 25th, the Undergraduate Global Supply Chain Association organized the first annual “Inverse Career Fair,” an event where Seniors came donning their intern’s swag and hosting booths to represent their internship companies. Juniors and even underclassmen where then able to come to each booth individually and ask questions from company culture, location, interview tips, preparation for their internships, and much more. In total, there were about 20 companies represented by seniors sharing a range of diversity of experiences; from manufacturing to retail, Fortune 100 companies to start-ups. A big thanks to all seniors who volunteered their time and shared their incredible experiences.
